As one of my New Year's Resolutions, I am striving to find the joy in food, savoring the many different flavors, exploring with new foods, and cooking up my own meals based on foods I enjoy. Join me on my exploration through the wonderful world of food! In this space, I will be sharing personal recipes and meal/snack ideas, my growing list of favorite foods, food combos, and restaurants, as well as the many positive health benefits of specific foods!
